  "Every time I lose the weight, my malar looks very protruded. I was thinking of liposuction as well but not sure at all how it will be if I gain fat again.   "Finally, it is my one year review! It was my very first plastic surgery in TS last year. I was very nervous and worried but all the staff took very nice care of me. I used  Sebbin -round 285 and 305cc each and even I forget sometimes that I have these inside LOL No problem wearing a normal bra but it is a bit painful yet to wear a pushup bra! Probably hasn’t fully recovered yet and I am sure it will get better as time goes by. It became very smooth and the upper breast looks natural as well. I haven’t told anyone that I got the surgery..!   Before After "I was having a hard time since I got my first eye surgery done because I didn’t research the clinic well and just went for the surgery without information. I got my second surgery done in TS and very satisfied with the result. It looks alright from the photo but I used to have too thick eyelid like swelled eyes that just got my surgery done.
