I already had a rhinoplasty before but was stressed with my nasal tip that fell downward. I was not satisfied with my facial contour either so that I decided to go for a facial contouring surgery and secondary rhinoplasty at the same time.

My friends told me not to have both together but didn’t want to suffer twice haha..

CEO of TS plastic surgery, Dr. Lee operated my surgery. He explained all the details of the surgical method and instructions of post-operation when we had a pre-operative consultation.

After the surgery? OMG It was really bad as I expected… It was had to breathe when I had the first rhinoplasty. It got much worse than before after having both a rhinoplasty and facial contouring surgery. Everything was worse than before like breathing, swelling, and so on.

So far, it has been a month after the surgery. The swelling has been reduced a lot more than right after the surgery. I can see that my facial contour became very smooth without any protruded area. I still cannot believe it.

The best part is my nose!! I didn’t want to make it much higher than I had. Amended only a bit for the height and the surgery went on mostly about my nasal tip how I exactly wanted. It came out with amazing shape that I always wanted to have! I really appreciate it..! I guess it will take time to see how my facial contour went because of swelling. I come back to write another review!

Before After After It has been 6 months after the surgery. I was not really into the surgery in the beginning. I just came with my friend and was impressed by the before & after photos in the clinic.
